Hyro Managed Services provides pre-paid professional service hours allowing customers to conveniently manage and maintain applications or websites.


Once your project has completed the warranty period, Hyro - Managed Service Team will provide first level helpdesk support to application users, which will include investigating and resolving user problems, providing technical support and advice, and answering user queries.


In support of this activity, we agree to maintain staff knowledgeable in the application being supported, and will maintain within our business, infrastructure for the support of the applications, including our Services Tracker Application. This is the means by which Service Requests are raised and monitored.
