We have grown rapidly since our inception. In 1999, Hyro had 12 staff, today we have just under 100 staffs, however the focus of our recruitment has not changed we still hire and train the best developers in Thailand. We carefully manage the “mix” of our developers who make up over 80% of the staff from hiring new graduates who then go into intensive Hyro designed training, to Development Managers with over ten years experience at coding.
